Searching Warehouse Locations

Searching Locations in a warehouse is a quick process, simply selecting the search locations option under the warehouse menu. When selected, the user may type all or part of a location identifier or description to search all locations within the system. Additionally, the location search may be filtered to a given facility or area, by location type, or via additional attributes under the advanced search option.

As the screen shows, there are a variety of location types found in this facility. Each of these locations is active currently, although unused locations may be archived if required.

Selecting a location from the search screen will take the user to the details for additional information.
